Hi, I’m Ashley!​

For the past six years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women move with confidence, strength, and a deep understanding of their own bodies. But my journey into fitness started long before I picked up a dumbbell—it started in the lab.

​

With a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, I’ve always been fascinated by the "how" and "why" of the human body. I don’t just see a workout; I see a complex, beautiful biological system. My background as a former teacher means I can’t help but share that knowledge with you. I believe that when you understand how your muscles and breath work together, your results aren't just better—they’re permanent.

My Specialization: Women’s Health & Longevity

I specialize in Pre and Postpartum Corrective Exercise, but my approach goes deeper than standard fitness. I am a certified Pelvis Pro, a Women’s Health Coach, and most recently, a certified Pilates Instructor.

Whether you are navigating the physical changes of pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or simply looking to build a resilient core, I bridge the gap between "rehab" and "performance." I take the precision of Power Mat Pilates and fuse it with the science of Strength Training to help you build a body that feels as good as it looks.
