Training Options

Mama Said Move currently offers three different training options.

  1.       In-person one-on-one training is ideal for clients that are in need of specialized training. Whether you are healing diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, or working on rehabbing an injury. We will create a program to help you reach your exercise and strength goals. 

  2.       In-person small group training is ideal for clients who are looking to get back into fitness and are symptom-free. We will work together to create classes that focus on full body strength.

  3.       Virtual training is ideal for clients who are unable to travel to see me in person but are in need of specialized training. We will meet virtually at a given date and time as we work through a session.  We will work together to create a program to help you reach your exercise and strength goals. Certain equipment will be required for these sessions. 

    Mama Said Move was created to work outside the box to help mamas get back into movement postpartum. Breaking down the barriers of postpartum exercise, allowing mamas to move beyond the fear of exercising postpartum.. Every client is unique and each program is based on evidence-based exercises to help you reach your goals.  Mama Said Move is a place where every mama feels confident and strong. 

Let’s Work Together

Given the nature of this type of training, I am only able to open training to new clients at certain times of the year. The next assessment window will open at the beginning of 2023, If interested please fill out a form, if an opening occurs I will contact you to set up your FREE assessment.
