I'm Ashley, a mama of three amazing little girls, and a postpartum fitness trainer. I am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Girls Gone Strong Certified Women's Health Coach.
After having my third baby in four years, I felt like my body wasn't my own. I felt weak and dealt with constant pain. I was lost in my own journey and knew there had to be a better way to regain my strength and confidence. Becoming a mom is one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences in life. My mission is to raise the standard of care for postpartum mamas.
I am on a journey to help educate mamas on how to move postpartum. Helping mamas make moves physically to become stronger and more confident in their journey. Whether you are six months or sixteen-plus years it is never too late to rebuild your core and become stronger and more confident.
